-Your Name and others in your Team:
Colby Swanson and my wife Madison.
-Truck Name and tell us the story behind the name:
"Wild" is for Wild Diesel and "Anytime" for Anytime Services, my family business.
- Year, Make and Model and tell us why that one:
1999 Dodge Ram 2500. I never really planned on building this truck into a sled puller. I got the truck when I was 16 and slowly have been building it. We have been sled pulling since 2010 and it has slowly progressed into what it is now.
-Description of the Build and if possible, pictures of the build process:
It's a 24v 2.5 class Cummins motor that I have converted over to a p7100 injection pump from the vp44 that originally came on it. Ken Jones with Wild Diesel built the motor. It has all ARP fasteners, HD valve springs, titanium retainers, cut and coated pistons bored .20 over, HD push tubes, gorilla girdle, billet front cover, billet freeze plugs, billet tappet cover, billet valve cover, Harts 5x20 dual feed injectors, electric water pump, Spearco intercooler, Steed Speed T4 manifold, Borg Warner s464, nv4500 South Bend triple disk clutch, Haisley input shaft, SCS rear axle shafts, Yukon front locker, Yukon front axle shafts, All Joints and drivetrain from Gaylon's Driveline, custom hitch, Six 33x12.50x16 STS tires, all data logging on truck is done by Edge Products, Auto Meter Tach, and Flex-a-lite electric fans.
All of this was done over the 2016-2017 winter.
-Achievements over the past few years, even if its 9th place:
2nd in points the last 2 years with United Truck and Tractor Pullers.
Won 9 of 13 2.5 class pulls in 2017.
Won the Adams County Fair with NSPA in Colorado.
2nd place at Weekend on the Edge in 2017.
The truck had a 2 page spread in the November issue of diesel world.
- Most memorable event, Why?:
The Adams County Fair in Brighton, Colorado with NSPA. I got the win with 7 other hard running 2.5 trucks.
