Forms of Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and generally do not include shipping. You can convert currency using www.xe.com. We accept payment via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) as well as Money Orders, Bank Certified Checks, Cash, PayPal, and Bank Wire Transfers. We do not offer open accounts or CODs.
Opti-Lube respects our customer's privacy. All phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, and other contact information is used solely for the purpose of successful ordering and shipping of Opti-Lube products. We will never release or sell your information to any company or organization. Please note that if items are drop shipped, our supplier will get your shipping address and possibly Phone # only for shipping use.
Web site visitors: In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitor's email and a username will be stored on the server.

All credit card transactions are processed online in real time and protected by industry established security standards. When you purchase products via our website, a secure server is used. Different orders are shipped using different methods. The best method will be chosen at the time of your order. Our default shipping method in the states is FEDEX. Some orders for larger items such as Drums and large quantities of grease may ship truck freight.
Tracking numbers are available on all orders and are emailed as soon as the order ships.
Returns / Refunds
If you need to return something we have 2 options for credit that you can choose from:
-Option 1: Full in-store credit toward your next order. Credit does not expire and can be used anytime (cannot be applied to a online order, must be a phone or email order)<br/.> -Option 2: Refund with a 15% restock fee. This will be refunded back in the way the original payment was made.<br/.> NO credit will be given for shipping fees.
Items must be in brand new condition, in it's original packaging, containing all original contents.
If you need to return anything to us you MUST contact us first for approval within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or lost goods are the sole responsibility of the carrier (FEDEX, UPS). Title of merchandise passes from shipper to carrier after it leaves our doors and to the customer on delivery. All parts should be thoroughly inspected upon arrival to ensure every parts is in good working order. We will do all we can to fix any problem that may happen. Upon carrier approval, re-shipments of product will then be carried out.
We try and keep our online prices and shipping quotes accurate, however there are times they might not be. In which case we do reserve the right to either negotiate a new, fair, price with you or cancel the order. Either way you will be notified of the discrepancy ASAP.
