Shipping Methods

We ship most small package orders via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery as well as USPS Parcel Select. We also ship via Truck Freight for large orders such as Dealer orders and drums. The best method will be chosen at the time of your order unless you choose a specific option.

Shipping fees are calculated by the individual shipping companies based on the weight and dimensions of the items being ordered.

Because most of our product are considered "Dangerous Goods," expedited shipments are not an option. If you need something quicker than you would expect a standard shipment to get it to you, please contact us as we may have options available,

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are available on all orders and are emailed as soon as the order ships. If you do not receive your tracking info via email, please email us at sales@opti-lube.com.

Shipping Claims

Damaged or lost goods are the sole responsibility of the carrier (FedEx, USPS, Freight Company).  Title of merchandise passes from shipper (Opti-Lube) to carrier after it leaves our doors and to the customer on delivery. All product should be thoroughly inspected upon arrival to ensure everything is in good condition. We will do all we can to fix any problem that may happen. Claims may need to be filed for any loss of damage and upon carrier approval, re-shipments of product will then be carried out.

Returns / Refunds

If you need to return something, we only offer Full in-store credit toward your next order for the product itself (no credit is given on shipping). Credit does not expire and can be used anytime (cannot be applied to a online order, must be a phone or email order)

Items must be in brand new, factory sealed condition.
If you need to return anything to us you MUST contact us first for approval within 30 days of delivery.
